A classified memo about the FBI's investigation on Russia's hacking is being voted on to be made public.
Problem is, this is not a partisan issue and is debated on by Democrats and Republicans since it is also about the president. This memo could contain "top secret" information about the FBI and is argued dangerous. This memo is also argued to bring up abuses in the FBI's surveillance, in the investigation, and is seen important to release.
The president has to make a choice on on declassifying the memo in five days.
So basically watergate, as msnbc compares it.
