super blue blood moon

on Wednesday morning, there will be not only a supermoon or a blue moon, but a lunar eclipse as well. the supermoon is caused by there being a full moon in the time when the moon is closest to the earth. the blue moon is not literal but actually refers to the second full moon in the same month, the first one being on January first. lastly, the blood moon is the lunar eclipse which turns the moon a redish color giving it its name. this happening is very rare as the last time this triple effect has come together was about 150 years ago.

you probably already new what a supermoon, blue moon, and blood moon were but I thought to include it since that's what the article had. but generally this is very exciting and reminds me of the solar eclipse that happened.
