Ashley Neece- Rotterdam

Rotterdam a city in the Netherlans the police force has started a new policy in confiscation. If you are wearing clothes that look like you can't afford then you are considered to be breaking the law. The idea is to attack sertant gangs, but there is nothing stoping them from going twords specific groups of people regardless. Chief of Police stated "We're going to undress them on the streets" also claiming that it is mainly younger people who wear things that seem like they can't affored them. Me personaly I have found many expencive jackets at thrift store for only 2$, so I dont see how this policy really works. Sythies: Strange policies like this have been set up like this before normally to attack one eithnic group in a discriminiatory way much like jim crow laws, although these sertantly are much worse.
