A US marshal shot a defendant dead in the utah federal court after he rushed the witness during a trial. He claims that everyone was yelling at him and that he was rushing the witness in the courtroom and that the whole environment was hectic, leading to the shooting. The man late died in the hospital.

I feel like this death was really unnecessary. It should be expected that sometimes the courts would become unruly but no one deserves to die.
