Sophia Zhukova - New Jersey's Ban on the use of wild and exotic animals in the circus

In the US state of New jersey the government has banned the use of wild and exotic animals in the circus. On December 15, State Governor Phil Murphy signed the 'Nosy Act', writes the Hill. The document was named after the 36-year-old elephant Nosy, who has serious health problems due to his cruel treatment in the circus.
"I am proud to have signed the Law of Nosy. And I guarantee that New Jersey will not allow us to exploit and abuse the wild and exotic animals in our state. These Animals should be in their natural environments, reserves, and not to participate in performances where their safety and the safety of people are at risk"- noticed Murphy.

*By the way, on September 30 in Kiev, several thousand caring people walked through the center from Shevchenko Park to Sofia Square in protest against animal abuse. Activists propose to create a animal-police in Ukraine. It should severely penalize keeping animals in bad conditions, and send the victims to rehabilitation.

I can't even explain how I'm proud and happy about these news. I never ever was going to like any circuses, dolphinariums and stuff - animals treated like that never can make people happy. Or, otherwise, you can sit and enjoy the show and it can seem like everything is okay - people around are happy, animals make children laugh - but it just can only seem like that. Because it has its own dark side  behind children's laugh. I think, parents never should accustom children to have fun ar shows like that, they never should support and buy tickets from these shows. Because who knows what really happens behind the scene, how much is it really worth, maybe it is worth someone's life.
