A new study suggests if you crave junk food after a hectic day, you're probably sleep deprived. Researchers have found that lack of sleep may lead to an increase in appetite for junk food. Lack of sleep can be a risk factor because it boosts hunger. Those in the sleep-deprived group tend to eat snacks with more carbohydrates and nearly twice as much fat and protein.
This article was very interesting because I didn't know this. I always thought that if you were hungry it was because you sweat to much or work out to much. This reminded ,me of when a whole bunch of people started gaining weight from eating to much.
