This article talks about Trump's transferring of $9.8 million from FEMA to ICE. FEMA is federal emergency management, its the homeland security and it helps communities with natural disasters like floods, tornadoes, anything that would harm a community.
I believe that this is so wrong, because we are all aware of hurrican florence and how much damage it has done. Instead of using money to support the people that are already in the country he is trying to use this  money on ICE dentention cells. These immigrants are literally being kept in a cage and use foil as blankets. These conditions are very unacceptable and I honestly do not understand what is going on in  that man's head.
