Though these protested were started with the fatal Parkland shooting in mind ,they have grown into something much buggers then the students could imagine. A nation wide protest was being planned and students weren’t the only ones planning. Adults had stepped in and decided to help the students organize these protest for March For our Lives. People often interpret that teenagers are all against adults I think this proves them wrong. Teenagers most of all need and want the help and approval of adults around them. It lets them know that they are somebody and not just anybody. With these adults help these students were able to organize a nation wide protest. I think this is important to US history because there is often a huge divide between adults and teens but we need to work together to pull it together. This is like the civil rights march because it wasn’t just adults it was teenagers protesting as well.
