Elizabeth Swaney is a woman from the U.S who qualified for the Olympics under the Hungarian flag as a freestyle skier despite performing no tricks during her run. Swaney found a qualification loophole in the Olympics and though placing last in almost every competition she competed in, there were few enough contestants that it allowed her to place for the Olympics.
Some are mad about the way she got into the Olympics, and understandably so. However, I think that if she put that much effort into something, she deserves to be there, especially if she knew that she'd lose.
