Ford Motor Co.'s North American President Raj Nair has been forced out over allegations of "inappropriate behavior." The company didn't offer many details. Ford announced on Thursday that Kumar Galhotra will succeed Nair. Galhotra, 52, is a 29-year veteran of the company, most recently leading the Lincoln brand and serving as Ford's chief marketing officer. Ford officials did not specify what behavior led to Nair's departure, but according to The Associated Press, the company began an investigation after a recent anonymous complaint about Nair was made to the company's 24-hour hotline.

Because of the lack of information given to the public, I do not have much of an opinion this topic other than to say that I hope the new president, Galhotra, takes the Ford company in a new and bright direction.
