Shooting Breaks Out Alexis Williams
A few hundred people gathered at a park in New Orleans for a music video filming in New Orleans when 2 groups started shooting. The police heard the shots from down the street and hurrried there. The 2 groups left immediatley after the shooting. 10 are injured from the shooting and the police have no suspects yet. They will be checking surveilance around the area.
This connect with the 2nd ammendment which is right to bear arms. It's really sad that people abuse this right. This ammedment is to be used for protection, not to harm innocent people. Lots of shootinbgs have occured and endless amounts of people have been hurt because of peoples carelessness. It might be time to think about tightening up on guns. This means deeper security checks when buying guns and making sure that they don;t fall into the wrong hands and are used for the wrong purposes.

yeah I agree. I think the right to bear arms is a valuable right, but it is sorely abused. I think a few stricter gun control laws wouldn't be the end of world, and would hopefully make shootings like this less common
ReplyDeleteI think the government should have people buying a gun or even a permit should have extensive background checks.- Bernadette NEgrete
ReplyDeleteWe as Americans take these things with a grain of salt and move on, we need to recognize each and every shooting that happens no matter how small or big
ReplyDeleteIt seems like there are more and more shootings now
