Reported as early as 11:50 am on November 27th. The incident happened in Colorado Springs right outside of a planned parent hood facility. The motives of this attack have not been identified being that the suspect hasn't even been put in custody. The area is not secured due to the fact that the shooter is not in custody or has been seen since the shooting. What is known is that three officers have been injured trying to find the shooter. Also since the incident a tweet was released by Colorado Springs officials which states that the area is not secure warning the public of what is going on. A live broadcast is currently being held and the case is developing. The causes of the shooting has not been identified nor has who the person is,

 This case coincides with the 2nd amendment which states that citizens have the right to bear arms which in this case was not used for self defense but an attack on a facility that offers young girls an outlet on how to raise a child or alternative options. Over the years there has been quite a bit of controversy surrounding the program and maybe this has something to do with it.
