A year ago yesterday, Tamir Rice was playing with a bb gun with the orange safety tip removed. Moments later, a police car that had been dispatched to investigate Tamir, rolled up beside him. With no warning, rookie cop Tim Loehmann stepped out of the still moving vehicle and fired two shots into the preteen, killing him. In under two seconds, Tamir had been shot dead.
Now, he has still not obtained justice despite the case clearly being black and white. No pun intended.
Finally, after a year, the officer under investigation is going to testify and it will be up for debate whether or not to indict him for the murder as if there is any real discussion to be had whether or not this trigger-happy cop should be held responsible for this. No "freeze" or "get on the ground" or even a warning shot, and it takes a year to decide what to do with this monster. This leech. This crust between an athlete's foot plagued trucker walking barefoot through a Nevada landfill and waste-processing plant. And Erik Ortiz, the writer of my article, can jump in a lake and swallow a snake (I'm so mad I can't cuss here) for bringing up how "Rice, physically wasn't a typical 12-year-old". Tell me what that's supposed to matter in this situation? Are you implying that he fit the profile of a negro juggernaut that could have cleared the distance between himself and the cop car in half a second to flip it over with his Incredible Hulk tween strength?

That's sp sad the fact that something like this can happen to an innocent kid who is younger than me. Police are getting out of hand nowadays and innocent people are being hurt. That's not fair at all how he isn't being pentalized for this
