Donald Trump tax plan- Londyn Alexander Pd: 9

http://www.cnn.com/2015/09/28/politics/donald-trump-tax-plan/index.html

Donald Trump promises to drastically cut taxes for many Americans. His plan is to "simply revamp the tax code." The beneficiaries appear to be families that earn small paychecks, and American citizens who earn less than $25,000. These two groups would not be required to pay income tax according to Trumps plan. However many of these families already don't pay income tax, brining speculation to trumps proposal.

I personally am not a fan of Donald Trump as a political figure, I find him very closed minded, and not well suited for the position he's vouching for. I feel like this is a testament to how unfit for president he truly is. The tax policy he proposes just emphasizes one of the better aspects of the policy the country already uses. Also his policy very closely parallels his opponents Jeb Bush.

Leave it to Donald Trump to pitch a tax plan that is already in use. Everything about his campaign makes me hope and pray that he is not our next president. I guess as long as he keeps campaigning that shouldnt be a problem.

  3. It seems to me like he is all talk. I just cannot picture having him as a president nor can I put myself in the position of someone who could. I will give him credit for coming this far, but it doesnt seem like he appeals to the majority of people. -Lia k 6
