A little girl named Bella was found in a trash bag on the shoreline of the Boston Harbor. Her mother was arrested and charged with murder. The mother and father are blaming ech other for the death of Bella. The Department of Childen and Families had been involed with bella when she wan an infant but it had been 2 years since then. Two other childen had been took from the mother before. She wanted to keep Bella and be a fit mother. There was decompostion in the bag that they found Bella in.
I believe they should have kept up with the mother if they knew she was'nt capable of taking care of her. Something had to happen in the household for the mother and stepfather to be blaming each other. They should see what has happened before and investigate what has happened in previous years to the family.
