This article was produced September 27th, 2015 right after the events occurred which adds an urgency to the situation. I knew nothing of this subject before hand. This article was written for the general public, educating them on a tragic event. It was written to inform the nation about an extremely sad event. The main idea is that tragic events can happen to even the most experienced of workers. It is significant because it is the documentation of how careful one needs to be with children.
