Canton South High School has a diversity week that is usually celebrated, but this year there have been flyers against stating that diversity is obvious and there is no need to celebrate it. There were also flyers advocating violent ways to get back at any bullies and ones that were totally against the LGBTQ community stating that it's just a front and that the population would cease to exist because of it. The students who posted these flyers didn't have permission to post them in the school
This incident shows that people still need to learn to tolerant of one another and to accept each other. It is still true that the world lacks diversity in many areas even if we have come along way.

I also find this very sad. Being a person of mixed descent, I think that it is extremely important to teach the current and future generations to tolerate and respect each other regardless of race, religion, etc.
