Boston Marathon 2015 is 'a symbol of unity, strength, and freedom'-Ausia Jones

It has been two years since the Boston Marathon bombing happened. Despite the rainy weather, 30,000 runners took on this marathon. There was so much emotion going on at this time. There were many people watching and supporting these runners. 24 people who were in the incident ran this year. This moving marathon brought tears to people's eyes. Across social media, people celebrated the race, two years after the double bombing at the finish line, killing three people and injuring at least 264. The hashtag #Bostonstrong is all over social media emphasizing unity.

  1. This kind of reminds me of 9/11. The incident was unfortunate, but it allows us to unite to remember the day.

  2. Although the bombing brings back horrific memories, the amount of people that gathered to support those who ran this year is truly wonderful.It illustrates the extreme unity and pride of America.
