"U.S. customer satisfaction is far from the world's" by Avery Alexander 6th period

The United States has the world largest economy. According the personal finance website, Finances Online, we are far behind in customer satisfaction due to the behaviors that make customers "happy" or "drive them crazy", like saying sorry, please, and thank you. Global survey, Zendesk broke the satisfaction levels down and the U.S. is ranked fourteen on the list, which is strange for the country who has the largest economy.

Finances Online pointed out that other countries customer satisfaction are rising, while American customer satisfaction is falling. The top four countries are New Zealand ranked at number one, Norway and Canada ranked at two and three (tied), and Italy ranked at four. These four countries have ninety-two percent customer satisfaction or more. America's customer satisfaction percent is eighty-five. The reason why this is important is because it has been reported that almost nine out of ten would pay for better service. Also because companies saw more sales growth when they put their customers first, than when the shareholders were put first. The key to customer satisfaction is being helped and being put first by the company.
