4 Girls killed By Megan Darlington

A Catastrophic event happened late Friday night near Davis, Oklahoma. "An 18-wheel truck veered into oncoming traffic on a major interstate highway and crashed into the side of a North Texas team bus," the bus driven by a coach had 15 players aboard. They were making their return from a game against Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. Four players were killed, Meagan Richardson, 19, Brooke Deckard, 20, Katelynn Woodlee, 18, and Jaiden Pelton, 20.
The entire "close-knit" Texas community college was incredibly torn by this loss, as would anyone else. "This is the most traumatic event that NCTC has had in its 90 years of history," North Central Texas College President Brent Wallace said at the news conference on Saturday in Gainesville, Texas, only 60 miles from the crash side on Interstate 35.

  1. One this is an extremely sad story.
Two. You might want to rethink your title because when you say "4 girls killed by Megan Darlington," it makes it look like you killed them.
    Just saying.

  2. This is sad. It makes it much worse that they were so close to their destination. Hopefully the school is doing something to get safer means of travel for their kids.

Also, the title of this is "4 girls killed by Megan Darlington"...I agree with Faith. A change may be in order.

  3. That is so sad those girls had their whole lives ahead of them. They had so much to look forward too in their years of living such as a career, family, kids, jobs, everything and it was taken in an instant.

  4. How can you relate this to APUSH? Think about AP PARTS. This is a summary with very little analysis. Please include a direct link to the story.
