Coming for companies failing to report gender pay gap - Michal Randolph

In Britain Companies are failing to report a gender pay gap in their tax returns. Doing so is against the Law and the Companies will be brought to court if they don’t comply with the Law. They are paying up to 30% more in regular pay and 40% more on promotions.

This can be connected with the womens rights in history. Women today are still not being treated with the same rights as men and it is a real issue that many people ignore. Women need to stand up and demand equal pay and rights.
