A van plowed through a crowd in Toronto, Canada today and is said to have killed 10 people and injured 15. Further investigation is needed but officials have declared this incident to be "deliberate". Similar tragedies have occurred in other places around the globe, mainly the terrorist attacks in eastern Europe. Although officials have no proper declaration of the accident, but it is speculated to be an act of terror.
