PTSD Perscription: Hannah Karim
Two veterans, Aaron Newsome and Jason Sweatt, have found relief from their PTSD in gardening. In order to relieve their minds from the memories of their time in World War II, they have been gardening to distract themselves and they have found it very effective. They began developing medical cannabis to help veterans with PTSD from wars because this product could not be prescribed by doctors. It is interesting that they have found relief in illegal drugs, but for the purpose it is serving, I don't have a problem with it.
