On Saturday October 27 a man killed 11 people at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, New Jersey. Police have suspected Robert Bowers to be the man behind this attack. He has said that he believed all Jews should die, and was armed with an AR-15 assault rifle and three or more handguns.
This shooting is an example of the anti semitism in America that goes unnoticed. It relates back to religious persecution in colonial America. This was a terrible event and it shouldn’t have taken a shooting for people to see the anti semitism in America.
