Indonesia search and rescue agency said on Monday a Lion Air passenger flight from Jakarta, the capital, to the city of Pangkal Pinang of the island of Sumatra, had crashed into the sea. “ it has been confirmed that it was crushed,”. Yusuf Latif, a spokesman for the agency said by text message when asked about the fate of the Lion Airplane that it was not immediately clear how many were on board. The plane last contact 13 minutes after takeoff and the official said, adding that at tug boat leaving the capital’s port had seen the craft falling.
I hope that the passengers that were on the flight are okay and I hope their families or too. Since this accident was the first to be reported involving this airplane i do hope that they fix whatever the cause was that made the airplane crash. So that it won’t happen again.
Planes should really be checked carefully before allowing passengers in, this is scary. -Alma Alvarado-Cabrera
