Live anthrax inadvertently shipped by U.S. military Wrigley Burris

Four lab workers have been put into post exposure treatment for anthrax after the united states Military shipped live anthrax samples via FedEx. The shipments that were thought to be dead samples were shipped under less rigorous conditions than a live anthrax sample. Which lead to people freaking out because of the implications behind this

This relates to APUSH by it being the government messing up and then covering its tracks. it is similar to the Watergate scandal and the recent NSA breach.
