This article focuses on changes occurred after the implementing of Obamacare. Sixteen point nine million people now have health care available to them. This is a great leap despite the back lash that came with the enforcement of affordable health care. Not all gains can be attributed especially to Obama though and this is a point Dan Diamond is attempting to emphasize.
Possible opposers include republicans who disagree with the enforcement of affordable health care act and even some democrats who could see that Diamond is attempting to discredit Obama. Those who would definitely agree be those who are enjoying Obamacare.
