A man that is a suspect in a shooting is believed to be held up in an apartment with his wife and kids. Shots were fired at 7:40 am and then the man fled.
This is concerning to residents in the area because a suspect should be apprehended. US citizens should not be worried about if situations like these can be felt with. This man should be apprehended.
