14 hours after the car crash a fishermen stumbled upon the damaged car that was turned upside down and called 911. 18-month-old baby, Lily Groesbeck, was found by rescuers to be alive while her mother was found dead. While the rescuers were running down to the car they all heard the same thing: the voice of a woman crying out for help. This voice was unexplainable because the woman had been dead for hours and the voice was too mature for the baby. The voice was strange but maybe even stranger is how the baby survived 14 hours later while hanging upside down. Some say it was the babies the guardian angel or maybe the soul of the woman had not gone. I know this does not completely relate to U.S. history in some way, but it was just too crazy not to talk about.
