Aaron Hernandez Trial in Progress - Hannah Kalan 6th Period

Following a trial that started back in 2013, Susan Candiotti wrote an article regarding the Aaron Hernandez trial as new video evidence was found. The prosecutors and the defense were arguing as to whether or not the item that is a pistol or not. They had an expert of glock pistols on the stand to testify that the weapon was indeed a gun, while the opposition was that it could have been an iPad.

The argument that the object which Hernandez was holding was in fact a pistol is almost strange to hear about. It's not often that a device such as an iPad would be mistaken for a gun, and vice versa. It really stands to see how far we've come since the industrial era and poses wonder about what future inventions will be used for.
