in the 1990's a college professor tested his students on their knowledge of the world. however more than have of them failed it. He was deeply disappointed in their arrogance and ignorance of not having a concern for the rest of the continents or even other states. therefore this test is recommended even larger on these days so that there isn't any ignorant people without the care of others.
though I agree that people are ignorant and arrogant many people choose not to see news for they are sensitive. others should do instead of watch and take action in any way possible instead of spreading the word.

This is depressing, but is important to know ones own ignorance. Otherwise, one is helpless to improve oneself.
