Gymnastics coach accused of tattooing minor Ilana Lemack

A Minnesota high school gymnastics coach is accused of tattooing a teenage girl without her parents' permission. Terry Robert Hardy, the coach, has been placed on administrative leave for two misdemeanor counts of assault for allegedly tattooing a juvenile. In Minnesota,  it is against the law to tattoo minors, regardless of parental consent. On top of that, Hardy is not even licensed with the State of Minnesota to give tattoos. He claims that someone brought the student in to get the tattoos. This seems to be Hardy's first offense concerning tattoos. Police expect that Hardy will appear in court sometime in the next few weeks on the assault charges.

woah woah woah, okay first of all if this teenager really wanted a tattoo that badly I could list many other places she could have gone other than to her gymnastics coach! But that's besides the point. This Hardy guy must be really stupid to tattoo a minor ESPECIALLY because in Minnesota you can't even tattoo a minor with parental consent! I doubt this guy is rally a criminal, but it is against the law so I hope he gets punished, but I also hope this girl gets punished. She's a teenager! She should be a little smarter about her actions!

  1. Felicia Padilla 5th period- Wow, this seems like just a plain bad decision. I don't think this guy is a criminal, he was probably just not thinking.
