This article was released on November 25th by The New York Times, It is concerning abortion rights.The main point in this article is how women can’t get access to pills, so they may return to the methods of using coat hangers. This is a travesty, because women deserve the right to their own bodies, with many expensive pills and illegal abortion pills women have been looking to the black market for a solution which results in many deaths. I think that it is taking a step back in our world if women must put their body in danger just to get rid of something they didn’t ask for, nor should they have to undergo. This connects to the suffrage movement when women were fighting for their own rights to education, and jobs. Now women are fighting for the rights to their own bodies, and there must be a change. Hundreds of years have gone by and were still facing the same issues.
