Last week there was yet another mass shooting, in a club in Thousand Oaks, California. After rescuing those who were injured in the mass shooting, not even a full 24 hours later, they had to fight two different forest fires that were only milestone apart. Over 20 firefighters spent hours tending to the victims of the shooting where, 12 people were murdered.
At this point I just expect there to be a new shooting every week. It is absolutely absurd that people still vote in people that do not care about gun control and think it will get better by adding more guns. The people of Thousand Oaks hand to go through a horrific event and right after run from a fire, they sure as heck don’t deserve that.
It really does suck for the people of thousand oaks and I pray they have an amazing recovery.
ReplyDeleteAllow me to inform you that the shooting occured in a gun free zone, i.e., a place where guns are not allowed at all. I do not know what more you would want in your gun legislation, but this, along with many other shootings, proves that it doesn't work.
