On Sunday night , an 8 year old child was shot in the face , inside his Philadelphia home, according to authorities. They seem to think that the gunman was targeting two teenage boys. ages 15 and 16. The 16 year old was shot on the foot and the 15 year old was shot in the hip. The 8 year old was playing in the living room as shots came through the wall. The 8 year old wasn't a target to the shooter . The 16 and 8 year old were taken to children's hospital in stable condition while the 15 year old was hospitalized in critical condition. No arrests had been made and no weapons have been collected.

I had no idea that this happened just yesterday in Philadelphia , and obviously gun issues are still not being solved. This is very tragic , even though the kids are doing well in the hospital , this shouldn't be happening . This article was written for the people that live in the neighborhood were this incident happened and for anyone to be aware of gun violence. The author seems very aware of this issue that she even contacted a police officer to make sure that the kids were okay. This article is important , for the public to be safe about this issue.
