I was shocked to find that my aunt works in the building across from the hospital, and if she had shown up to work on her off day, she would have witnessed a live shooting and murder. I find it very sad that, like schools, where student are scared to learn because of their lack of safety, people can't come to hospitals anymore, because even though they are supposed to be treated and helped, they are technically unsafe. This article was written to open our eyes and minds up to the horrible events that are constantly happening, and how we, as a nation, are constantly making the same mistakes, with shootings, and murders, like this.
