Based on the last year statistics, violent crimes have increased according to the FBI . In 2015 there were about 1,197,704 violent crimes , 3.9% more than the previous year. The violent crimes are even lower than they were in the 1900s , but not everything is so sweet, the number of murders and on negligent manslaughter have augmented by 10.8% most in which they were persecuted by a gun.The report also showed that most incidents were concentrated in the South of the U.S ,in where the most segregated and poor neighborhood are located.

There's no way to denied that , the purchasing of a gun is definitely part of the factor for this kind of crimes.

I have seen so many different articles about the increased crime rate this year in the south... It seems that with all of the racial issues and political conflicts that the crime has steadily rose with it. -Regan Saldana
