More Bell Ringers Needed by Victoria Valdez

In Davenport, Iowa, the Salvation Army needs more bell ringers as well as more donations.  There are less bell ringers and less donations than in years past.  The donations from the Red Kettle Campaign account for more than half of their annual budget which provides food and shelter to individuals in need.  There are only 15 days left in this year's campaign and the group is only at 40% of its total goal.

Hopefully there will be additional volunteers that will step up and become bell ringers for this very worthy cause.  We all must work together to make this world a better place and to help others.

  1. I completely agree we should encourage more people to volunteer. We have to work together to make this world a better place.
