A terrorist attack in new york injured four people. The suspect is the only one seriously injured due to the bomb not fully detonating. The suspect is an immigrant from bangladesh. His neighbors reported loud yelling and noises coming from his residence. The immigrant claimed ties to ISIS. It is a good thing that no one had been killed or seriously injured only four people sustained injuries.
