Summary:
It has been noticed that the usage of heroin has increased nationwide. In New York City, there hasn’t been this much through in 2 decades. Officials in NYC have seized about 786 pounds of the drug, concluding that the city is a “national hub of the heroin industry.” About 35 percent of all heroin was found in New York state, which was increased since previous years.

I think you're going to find drug use anywhere in any state you go. It's crazy that heroin is used so much in NYC and hopefully this percentage goes down. I know for a fact that it would be best for people to stop using it...

i wonder why it's so focused on the city that never sleeps: weird. either way, that's alot of heroin, and the only drug i want is your love.
