This week the "super PAC", announced that they will be supporting Hillary Clinton and will make its first ad on T.V in early primary states this week prior to her testifying in front of the special congressional committee on Benghazi. The add will apparently cost six figures, and will feature her previous testifying in front of the committee when she was secretary of state.
This action by Priorities USA demonstrates a few things about the Hillary campaign going into the 2016 primaries. It is showing the strength of her competition, specifically Bernie Sanders who has leads in early primary states like New Hampshire and Iowa. The fact that the super pac is spending money now demonstrates the fear that Hilary has of losing in a primary in which she was previously considered to get it for sure. It also shows the importance that the Benghazi debate will have in the elections.Benghazi has become an issue which the republicans have jumped on Hilary for and this action by Priorities USA represents Hillary's of the potential for Benghazi to derail her campaign if she doesn't have a strong response to it.
