On Saturday morning, horrific events folded out during the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade. Twenty five year old, Chamber was charged with four counts of murder and injured 11 people on site from a terrible car accident. It was believed that she was intoxicated but she had actually just gotten fired from her job and was in an awful state of mind.
This is an awful story, the decisions will be decided by a jury and our judicial system.
