Summary: Hurricane Patricia has done a lot of damage to Manzanillo, Mexico. But luckily there are no reports of any deaths, which is good. However homes have been flooded, roofs blown off and some homes have been ripped to pieces. Not to mention the Hurricane has also damaged crops and that can lead to worse things.
Analysis: Although there are no reported deaths, the damage is more serious than most think. Since the crops have been damaged their is a risk of these people getting fired. If they get fired there is no income to make a new house. These people have families to worry about. The mess is big and there is no one there to clean it up. These effects are like what happened when Hurricane Katrina hit. Many families' jobs and homes disappeared. The question is what are we gonna do? More importantly will Mexico do anything? If so, what? Mexico is not among the best government around I seriously wonder what it will do with all these people.

An event like this is horrible for the families living in that area. Hopefully people around Texas and the US will begin to raid money for the people affected by this hurricane.
ReplyDeleteI read that Hurricane Patricia is the worst hurricane recorded in the western hemisphere. If this is true, then I'm really hoping America lends its support to Mexico throughout reconstruction.
