Luz Lopez(4th period)-What daylight saving time does to your body

Daylight saving time either gets us an hour more of sleep or we lack sleep. Daylight saving time is the time from November to March that is considered "standard" time. The rest of the year is considered the "exception" time. Why do we have daylight saving time? Time switches between how the weather is and how the time is. Researchers say to not lack sleep, you shouldn't stay up later and thinking your getting an extra hour.
I think daylight saving time can be a good thing, but it can also be a bad thing. You should try and sleep earlier instead of later during this time.
