I'm basing majority of this on gun control and how it connects to many shooting rampaging.
Gunman dead along with 10 others and 7 injured. Gunman, of around 20 years of age exchanged fire with local law enforcement.
There have been a lot of issues which have been centralized or have been narrowed to the use of guns. It's simply to easy to attain guns. I'm all for having a gun, but know when and how to use it properly. Not for pointless use, like the said gunman above. Guns are meant to be used for protection not for the intention of using it against innocent people.
This man had the direct intention of harming people, although his motives were unknown. The gunman talks about the shooting on an image bulletin. Others "egg" him on giving him ways to carry it out and what weapons he could possibly use. These instigators, I believe, unknowingly helped contribute to the crime. Maybe they felt as if the gunman was joking or wasn't being serious. If found they could technically be an accessory to the crime.With this being sporadic it's effecting people's sanity. "Reeking havoc" and people don't know how to respond.
