Summary: Over the weekend, more than 600 rallies took place worldwide in an effort to raise awareness for climate change. There were numerous speakers including Bill Nye, Mustafa Ali, and Denis Hayes. There was even a rally on Antarctica!
Analysis: This is a GREAT Earth Day activity seeing as though we have a president who doesn't believe in climate change. This is also a good way for the environmental activist community to have a spotlight in mainstream media.
