This article discusses how United Airlines chose four people to kick off randomly, due to over booking a flight, and one of them was a doctor who did not want to get off because he had patients he needed to see. United Airlines proceeded to get security to forcibly remove him in aggression, which is seen in the video attached. When I first saw this I was appalled and disgusted by this brutality on a plane, which I would never expect from airlines at the airport. Since this horrible media United Airlines business has decreased momentally, and they will forever be impacted by this. This relates to 911 in the sense of passengers sitting by watching this happen and not doing anything about it, which is why two planes crashed into the Twin Towers. However, one plane dropped to the ground due to citizens standing up for themselves and fighting back.
