Elijah Macias- U.S citizens held in North Korea amid rising tensions

Summary: Yet another U.S citizen has been detained in North Korea, bringing the number to 3. The new captive is Korean-American Tony Kim who was detained at the airport out of his way out of North Korea. The Swedish embassy in Pyongyang said Sunday it was aware of a Korean-American citizen being detained recently but could not comment further. As of Monday morning, North Korea's official media had not reported on the detention and there so far have been no details on why Kim was detained.

Analysis: I can't imagine how frightening it must be to be incarcerated in such an evil country such as North Korea. When news broke out last year of Otto Warmbier- 1 of the 3 captives- and his sentencing of 15 years hard labor for petty theft, i couldn't believe it. I know that Tony Kim could not have done anything for the DPRK to warrant such an arrest, but we have yet to find out any details on the subject.
This is fairly similar to the Iran-Contra affair and the 444 days that Americans were held captive in Iran.
I hope we fight to get our people back from that stupid country, but with the growing tensions we may not see any progress for a while.
