Silicon Valley's Ambivalence Towards Trump Turns To Anger- Abby Pryor 8th Period

Summary:
The city of Silicon Valley had hope to find a compromise with the Trump administration. But by Saturday night, these feelings quickly changed from ambivalence to anger. The executive order made by Trump to block all refugees from entering the United States greatly went against the morals and hopes of Silicon Valley, which angered them. They want to accept all types of people from all over the world into their city. The chief executive of Netflix even commented on the matter, "His actions are so unamerican it pains us all."

Analysis:
I think even the people and cities who tried to have hope for Trump being our president are now being let down by his actions. He is not following through with anything good that he promised and all of the negative things that he threatened are now happening. I would be mad too, if I were a person in Silicon Valley.
