Anna Czyzewski - More Than a Million Join Women's March in America

Summary: The day after Donald Trump's inauguration, people all around the world came together to protest his beliefs in the Women's March. The March reached not only the edges of the country, but all seven continents. Today, using police estimates, due to the amount of people who didn't sign up, it has been found that there was more than a million people marching across the country, and that doesn't count the many in DC. Overall, this was an amazing event, and we can only hope that these people proceed in taking action, and Donald Trump and his followers take note of the incredible disdain towards him.

Analysis: In all honesty, I believe there were much more than just a million in America, especially if you can estimate the countless in Washington. There have been previous Women's Marches, including the one in 1920. It angers me that we still have to fight for our rights even now, but I'm glad so many people have joined together in this purpose. This one Women's March, while magnificent in its extent, has not solved our problems. If all these people continue to fight and protest, then I believe it will be a bit easier to gain and keep the rights we deserve.
